Even though it’s an online-only store, their customer service was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about materials. Shipping took about 20 days, exactly as expected. Highly recommended.

I was a bit unsure at first, but the lamp arrived in a good condition and looks really nice in my living room. The quality is better than I expected for the price, and customer support replied when I had a question about installation.

The light fixture did not meet my expectations

The light fixture came from China without any instructions.Im not sure if the wiring would meet Canadian standards The customer service was excellent however,very responsive to my questions and emailed a return label promptly I received a full refund within just a few days

Waiting for 3 months and still nothing...

Waiting for the lights for thousands of Euro almost 3 months (!). Luxarmonie contacted via whatsup and they send me the link where is the status of shipping "not shipped" already 2,5 months the same... I need to ask my bank to refund the payment

Den DÅRLIGSTE SERVICE EVER! Jeg bestilte 2 lamper i cobber 4 Nov 2025. 20 Nov modtog kun en lampe , pakke nr 2 modtog jeg d.25 Nov og jeg betale told for . Og så da jeg åbnede pakken var lamperne i guld !Jeg har flere gange skrevet til dem . De har bedt mig om at dokumentere farver på lamper med foto. Hvilket jeg har gjort. De spurgte om jeg ville have byttet til dem til kobber - som jeg havde bestilt . Eller få pengene retur. Og jeg skrev ja tak til at bytte. Til den rigtige farve.Og de siger at de vil sende det med det samme. Jeg hører ikke mere fra firmaet.04 dec 2025 mailer jeg igen og spørger om status med forsendelse?! De skriver pakkerne vil ank d.24 dec 2025Jeg har intet modtaget eller hørt fra dem. Mine mail bliver sendt retur som error!! DEN DÅRLIGSTE SERVICE og lamperne er lavet plastik samt med fejl! Og ikke fra Holland/europa - men sendt fra Kina .Da jeg intet har hørt fra dem /firmaet siden d.4 dec og kun modtaget mine mail retur som ERROR MAILS Har jeg måtte skrive NEJ TAK !Jeg har mistet 😡 6000kr KØB IKKE NOGET HOS DEM !!Ingen anbefaling herfra !! HOLD JER VÆK ! —————THE WORST SERVICE EVER!I ordered two copper lamps on November 4, 2025.On November 20, I received only one lamp. Package no. 2 arrived on November 25, and I paid customs duties for it. When I opened the package, the lamps were gold, not copper!I contacted the company several times.They asked me to document the color of the lamps with photos, which I did. They then asked whether I wanted an exchange for the copper color I originally ordered or a refund. I replied that I wanted an exchange for the correct color.They said they would send the replacements immediately. After that, I heard nothing from the company.On December 4, 2025, I emailed again asking for the shipping status.They replied that the packages would arrive on December 24, 2025.I have received nothing and heard nothing since.My emails are now being returned as ERROR messages!!THE WORST SERVICE — and the lamps are made of plastic, with defects! They are not from the Netherlands /europe as advertised, but shipped from China.Since I have heard nothing from the company since December 4, and my emails are only being returned as ERROR messages, I had no choice but to say NO THANK YOU!I have lost 😡 6,000 DKK.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!No recommendation from me!! STAY AWAY!

ordered item, 2.5 weeks later email that the item out production and if want replacement, a picture enclosed as an option for replacement which has no information at all, you cant really call them, second fixing due next week, the business open and electrician booked to install, now need look or wait for replacement,
