Bad experience but hopefully next time they will make in time

We booked the item last week. Today 09 the February it supposed to come but we did not recited it. Reqlly I disappointed because i want to gift that item to my parents on india and my flight is 10th of Feb.

It is a fraud

I bought a bottle of hair oil in October 18th, 2023. After that they took NOK 99 from my account every month until I noticed it in January, 2024! I contacted my bank and blocked my bankcard and wrote them an email. Until now no answer from them! I take it as a scam. And today I checked their website, apparently it is not only me who experienced this fraud. I need my money NOK 297 back.
