The interactions I had over the phone were far from considerate or apologetic. The tone was consistently rude, impolite, and even bossy, which only aggravated the situation.Regarding our phone communication, there was indeed one conversation where you abruptly ended the call. Following this, my subsequent attempts to reach out were met with continuous rejections. Furthermore, I was threatened with the possibility of having my number blocked in your system, which eventually happened. This lack of basic customer service etiquette is precisely why I felt compelled to write a public review, to inform others about what they might encounter.As for the claim that my tone was against your guidelines, I find this to be a misrepresentation of the truth. If Luxplus stands by this claim, I hereby permit you to publish the entire log of our phone conversation, barring any personal data. This will allow everyone to see the full context of our interaction, including your responses and the numerous call disconnections. I believe this is a fair proposal to clarify the situation.In light of these ongoing issues, I am still awaiting a resolution that reflects a true understanding and rectification of the poor customer service I've experienced.---My experience with Luxplus.no's customer service was profoundly disappointing, leading me to decide never to purchase from them again. It's not worth wasting your valuable time and risking similar disrespect.
I am always (like every 2 months) buying Cantu Kids Detangler from LuxPlus, and I have always been paying ~90 NOK. Given that it's Black Friday, I went there to check if it has any discounts. It stated that there is 52% discount and that the discounted price was 95 NOK, and the before price 199 NOK, which wasn't true before the Black Friday. Went to Lyko and bought it for 59 NOK, not coming back to LuxPlus.
I can find always what I'm looking for and more,cause there are always good suggestions and promotions in this site. I just love it. Also the variety of the items is remarkable, there are so many different types and categories that you can choose from. Thank you Luxplus!
