i ordered goods for 400 USD - i never received them - they sent through amazon - and said its benn delivered - its been delivered to a total wrong address- which they wont even send or give me -and now they are ghosting me ... so i cvan write 400USD off... unbelievable in this segment ... so stay away from this brand
So far this company is trash. Been waiting on my order for two weeks with constant updates saying its delayed. Contacted company and no response. I would recommend looking for a different company. Im pretty sure im out $200 cause this trash company. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company
Second order with them. Each time shipping ETA gets delayed. Shipping is very expensive and unreliable. Very quick to place the order and get your money. When it comes to delivery, big problem. No phone number to call them at. Emails they don’t respond. Bot asks you many questions then after filling all info, it tells you there is nobody available. Come again later.
Customer Service is nonexistent! I placed an order on last Saturday and I got an email that the label was created. Monday was a holiday (Memorial Day) assumed it wouldn’t be shipped on Monday, however, today is Friday and the label has STILL only been created. Email sent on time saying label created, when you click on “tracking number” it clearly shows that the product has not been picked up from facility( not sure if they know this) so you can see that they created the label and then sat there for five days without shipping it! There is no phone number to call you can only communicate through email or chat, which is AI and doesn’t recognize ANY question you ask in any capacity. I have been emailing for days with no response. I did get a response a couple months ago because the same thing was happening with my order. I guess this is how they run their business, They were very argumentative and aggressive. Told me they were a small business. Well, all that’s fine, I actually prefer to shop small businesses, but if he can’t handle the orders, possibly hire some staff? Something being shipped from California only takes 2 to 3 days but 6 days and it hasn’t even left your facility? This company does NOT offer good service. The product that I order (GI repair) works pretty good. But! I chose this product because it had all of the ingredients that I needed however, I’m constantly running out because they don’t ship on time. I have no choice but to find it somewhere else this is just not worth the headache. How can you run a company and your customers have no way to contact you or find out anything about their order? Honestly, the products may seem to be what you need, but the headache of not knowing when or if your item is going to come accompanied with the fact that you can’t communicate with anyone, and if you’re lucky enough to get somebody to respond, they’re extremely rude and aggressive. It does not make sense. Since I can’t contact them to cancel the order, I will be disputing it through my credit card and I will find the product somewhere else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!UPDATE: FINALLY got a response, a week later. They are blaming it on USPS saying that they didn’t update their scan or whatever she tried to explain but basically it’s UPS‘s fault. She assured me in the email that it was shipped out and that she was going to contact UPS and file a claim. How can you file a claim on a product that was never picked up and if it was picked up never scanned there’s no trace of it. Do you think they offered to give me my money back or re-ship the product? ABSOLUTELY NOT! I can tell you firsthand from working with many carriers as previously mentioned that once the item is put into their hand they scan it. This shows when I track the package that it is still seven days later labeled created not picked up. If you’re going to attempt to use this company, I strongly urge you to read the terms and conditions. In a nutshell, it says once you pay you are agreeing to and there is a LOOONG list of things they are not responsible for anything. I was told it would take about two weeks to contact UPS and find out where my package is so that means for almost an entire month I have to go without the product that I rely on for my health. It also says in so many words and I am paraphrasing. They will fill it when they can. They will ship it if they want to they reserve the right to fulfill orders if they want to or not, but it also says that all packages are sent out within 24 to 48 hours with firsthand experience in the five or six times I’ve ordered not one single time. Has it been shipped in 24 hours or 48 hours. At this point, I don’t even expect to get the product. I am just out $200. I will make a call to my credit card company to see if there’s anything they can do however, just find another company. I did. In one day, I contacted the company, explained my situation, got a product with exact same ingredients, and was shipped and accompanied with an email from the CEO, ensuring that everything was taken care of and on its way to my house and all of that happened in 24 hours. No matter how good a product is if the company can’t treat its customer with importance, what’s the point? This is not how you keep loyal, returning customers.
