they are literally the scammers. They are showing me an offer in renew plans for lyca boss bundles and it has like 50 GB package on discount.But the real game is you can’t subscribe and must contact customer support but surely you can subscribe to their base shitty packages.last month i subscribed and surely i will change this shit network .whats the point of showing bundles that you don’t allow to subscribe? they have no shame at all and no respect for customers Update: what's the point of having super cheap deals that users can't activate at all and later you just say pay more and these offers can't be activated system issue but for expensive no issue at all.Secondly they don't care for customers.Lowest mobile internet speed also, where other companies offer high speed , this is the beauty of Lyca it's going backwards and speed is less than 1 mb and mostly in kbs, it's joke company because of its non serious behavior.
I am very disappointed, I have been using lyca for years despite its bad customer service. On the 6 /04/2025,I was trying to get a data bundle which failed but still money was taken from account. I reached you by email and for days been trying to reach a live agent but still no one shows up.Work on your customer service, and live chats it is terrible.
Very very bad sim ever i seen, they increase data price 4 euro to 7 euro for 50 Gb and now then blocked Hotspot also. But main issue issue is when you wanna call to someone via whatsapp or other this time call get disconnected many times. its very very bad sim in portugal now a days. contacted customer support via email and call but they never solved the issue they just took money and increase plan day by day.
Since i choosen new illimitéd monthly package , it is a nightmare, impossible to play online games , discuss by whatsapp , have an interview for a new job since i m disconnected every 5 minutes (at least), sometimes for 3 seconds , sometimes one minute. I even tryed to check with another phone but same mess. On top of that i receive now warnings telling me to not share my connection (even if i do not ) but what is the point to have an unlimited connection if i cant use it as backup in case my internet provider is down at home?Cherry on the cake , i receive now 2 at 3 times per day messages to buy datas packagés , very usefull in my case

I need my money back for the subscription that I no longer have. You also don't respond to your other email, which you provide on your website.I want to make sure that you have cancelled me completely? I would like to receive documentation! It's unbelievable that your service is so bad! No one should be your customer. I have never experienced anything so bad.
