Lyca in Portugal works pretty well and…Low prices and poor service

Lyca in Portugal works pretty well and has good rates. Started having problems in Italy, mobile internet appeared to work even though the package includes roaming in EU countries, tried all the ways from the internet and nothing helped. Wrote to the support email, the website says they work 24/7, still no answer.

Uninterested Customer Service

I have been waiting for nearly 2 months for a simple sim card swap. The CS phone operator says she cannot help me, admin refuse to answer emails, tech services do not contact me, complaints responded once after which no contact via phone nor email. For a company that claims to solve issues within days, their staff have other ideas..alianate customers.UPDATE 5/3/2025I have responded to lycamobiles response. I wait in anticipation.Update 13 March 2025As expected, zero response from Lycamobile. Complaint 920 519 779 ROR00000000045210559All talk and zero action. Regulator next stop.UPDATE 17 March 2025Lycamobile have resolved the issue today. Thank you.

Good customer service.

My old Lyca sim card broke so got a new free sim from the local shops... called customer service and Paul swapped my old number to my new number with no fuss. Very efficient and helpful.
