I was talking with me Ms.Wileen on customer care and it was great service and great talk with her. I did got my new Esim with sim swap through this beautiful lady who help to get it.

Bad service

Bad service. First month working more or less ok (exept low internet speed).Then I paid monthly subscription, and no service, no money, no exact answers about timeline for over 1 month. I would advice to use this company only with one time sim cards without any subscriptions

Finally it was done

It is hard in Portugal to receive service speaking English only. Thanks to Lycamobile's email Help desk I swapped SIM number with eSIM and saved the same number.
