Very bad customer service

Update:Naveen responded to my review from May 8th on Trustpilot on May 14th and promised help. Today, May 25, still no response, no help. People I just want to book the promised plan (I can't make calls at the moment) and my missing money back.You really are the very last store, I will switch as soon as possible and can NOT recommend Lycamobile.Worst customer service and mobile provider I have ever experienced,--------------Old ReviewVery bad customer service. Doesn't respond at all or doesn't help.I ordered a new Lyca card and then had a new number. I charged €20 on it. Then I subsequently transferred my number from the old provider. After the number was transferred, my top-up of €20 disappeared. To this day, Lyca still can't transfer the credit to my account with the new number. After one month, my tariff ended. I want to select a new tariff, but it is not possible online, even though I have repeatedly topped up my credit. I then wrote to customer service and asked them to select the tariff. No response again for a week. When my credit is used up, I will switch to another provider, no recommendation.

This company is a scam!!

This company is a scam!!! Beware. I paid for a sim card on the 10th of May. On the 11th I reached out for support by phone and email as it did not work.I got in touch again to request a refund and to cancel my plan on the 27th of May as I never heard from them or recieved a working sim.They assured me they would cancel ongoing payments and issue a refund.Despite me emailing them regularly they actually charged my bank account again and have never issued a refund for either payment, despite never providing any service.It's been 54 days since I first told them I had not recieved a working sim. It's been 38 days since I requested cancellation and a refund (it might have been earlier, but I don't have proof of that as I submitted previous requests through their online system).I have had to prevent future payments myself through my bank, but have not yet been able to get a chargeback for these frankly fraudulent charges.Every aspect of this company's service deserves 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.Edit: I will not post either here publicly.

Expensive when you consider the time…

Expensive when you consider the time you need to spend fixing problems.I had four rather disturbing calls trying to fix things (yes, I just want to get a sim card, nothing out of the ordinary). The most disturbing as with 'Miguel' De S. because I was not expecting customer service to be hostile.Just save yourself time, money and your mental health and work with a better service provider.

I am very impressed with my experience as a customer,the service has been consistently great, and i´ve had no issues with connectivity or reliability.I also wanted to give a shoutout to WILEEN for their outstanding support. Lycamobile's Compatibility Chaos and Customer Service Collapse

I bought an eSIM from Lycamobile website.I procured an eSIM from the Lycamobile website, only to discover its incapability to facilitate calls. Upon engaging with customer service via chat, the agent apprised me of the eSIM's incompatibility with the iPhone 15 Pro Max, rendering it unusable with my device. Subsequently, I demanded a refund, only to be instructed to channel my request through email or their Instagram platform. Opting for the latter, I complied with their demand for my phone number and NIB number to initiate the refund process. Regrettably, since then, their responsiveness has been non-existent.
