I am in a bad conection zone, and I was having problems to buy a bundle and to keep my card active. So I contacted the Customer Service. I was put in touch with Maximiano Gomes, and he was exceptional. He was patiente and understanding, and we could figure out a solution togheter. I am very thankful to him.
Had another encounter with Lyca and Trisha provided me with perfect explanations and helped me to understand the payment system. Many thanks. I did have another review on here for Lyca, a 5 star review, but Trustpilot has deleted it, supposedly unusual circumstances? Anyhow, hope this review goes thru, Lyca is doing a great job.
