I recently had a frustrating experience with the customer service team at Lycamobile Sweden. I contacted them regarding an issue with my phone number, and sadly, the interaction was far from helpful.
First and foremost, the representatives I spoke with had a strong Indian accent, which made it challenging to understand their responses and unfortunately, it felt like we were speaking different languages.
I repeatedly explained my issue but encountered a lot of repetition from the representative, with no real understanding of my concern. Instead of providing assistance or solutions, they kept directing me back to the same information, leaving me feeling unheard and frustrated.
To make matters worse, the call was abruptly ended without any resolution to my issue. I felt abandoned and disappointed, as my problem remained unresolved

Det hade varit bra om de hade kontaktat mig via e-post så att jag vet att de har läst meddelandet, och det vore också bra att få klarhet i om priset förblir detsamma eller ändras.
This recharge has been a total disappointment. Neither incoming nor outgoing calls function properly, and I can't reach customer support either. It's a waste of both time and money. Despite using a modern mobile with a 5G connection, I still have no success. I need to switch to a different network soon.

Even the internet is slower than advertised, despite showing fast speeds. I recommend saving your money and choosing a more reliable provider.
I am unable to make or receive calls since the introduction of VOLTE. Despite sending emails and attempting to contact the support team by phone, I have not received any assistance. I have already paid for the entire year, but if I can't use the service, a refund should be issued. My local SIM card works without any issues.
Hello, I am encountering a significant problem with both of our SIM cards. For the past 12 days, I have been unable to make or receive calls despite using smartphones that support VoLTE. Although my devices are fully compatible with 4G calling, the calls do not connect at all. I have provided my phone numbers and device details via email. Both devices are VoLTE-capable, and I have followed the necessary steps to enable VoLTE, but the option does not appear in the settings, indicating a possible network provisioning issue, as mobile data still works. This ongoing problem is causing considerable inconvenience. I urgently request that you check the provisioning for both numbers and resolve the calling issue promptly. Please prioritize this matter, as it has been 12 days without essential calling service.
