Ahhh I got caught out on the 'it looks great on instagram...' and arrived, and was nothing like the quality it had appeared online. I thought I was ordering a beautiful knitted garment and it arrived, printed fabric and poor fit. So I started my return process. I was offered, 3 separate times, a discount on another product, money off etc before anyone sent the return form. And the return to China - just over £20, was nearly the cost of the £34.95 'sweater'. I am awaiting hearing about my refund, but will not be buying from them again, and hope my review helps save someone else some wasted £s.
DO NOT buy from this company. Sent me boots that were so far removed from the photos and description on their website. Not leather, bent soles and wrong size. No resemblance to expected product at all.I only put one star because can't leave it blank. Offered me 10 then 20% discount refund or full refund if I sent the boots back to Asia at about £45 cost to me.
DO NOT PURCHASE anything from these people. Don't make it clear items are from china. My sweatshirt was so far from the picture. Decided to return, offered discount off new purchases, as if I'd order anything else. Decided out of stubbiness to return at a cost of £20. Now stuck in Chinese customs. So can say goodbye to all my money.
Like everyone on here, it would be no stars if I could. I feel so conned and am fuming. I spent £50 on a coat that I thought was from a British company and would be returnable and neither of those things are true. As soon as I got the tracking number and saw it was coming from china I was annoyed. I’m furious at not being offered a refund. I am adamant that I want to return it even if it costs me £20 I’ll still get £30 back. Why would I want a 50% discount off some other piece of tat. I’m going to contact citizens advice and see what I can do as I believe legally they have to refund you and not offer credit notes. Probably wasting my time but I will try and have learnt a valuable lesson!!!
Appalling quality, and clothing that barely matches the description, from a supposed Mother & Daughter boutique store in Bristol (UK) that is actually an Asian outlet (as witness the shipping and tracking data).*** DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE *** it's a scam
I am really mad at myself for falling for this trap, if a thing seems to good to be true there is usually a catch. The hooded jacket is cheap & nasty, far to big for an 8 so annoyed with myself for not reading info before hand, don't get pulled into this place, they are no good & will just cost you hard earned money.
Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs. Gutted I have to give them one star! They have messed me around so much! The product came from China and took ages to arrive! Not entirely convinced the boots are not from Temu or Shein stock. Plastic instead of leather top and foam soles! Did not come in a box and was charged £39.99, IN THE SALE! Refund policy is also a joke. They will charge you £20 - £30 postage to send back to China OR offer you the following:a 50% discount on your next order and no money back. Or10% refund and a 10% discount on your next order.Customer service is a joke too. Takes days to get a response.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company and would advise anyone thinking of using them not to do so. The items were shipped from China, not the UK as the website would have you believe and were extremely poor quality. Trying to get any information with regards to returning the items is like pulling teeth! After numerous emails, I have today received returns form and an address to send the items back, despite being offered various discounts to keep everything, I will be returning the items and will hopefully receive a refund.
If I could give no stars I would.Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery, then when it arrived, very poor quality, oversized, even though I ordered a size down. I will keep 2 items for use in the garden. The other 2 will go to a charity shop, as now reading reviews I can see a problem trying to return. Wish I had read the reviews before. How can facebook allow this company to advise!!!!
