Scam company! Spent £32 on what i thought would be a lovely leopard jacket, only to receive it and its a cheap looking fleece. Completely different fabric, design and colour were not the same as shown and it had buttons and not poppers. Looks gorgeous on the website! They wanted me to buy another one and they said they'd only charge me £9 for delivery, because it would cost more than the jackets worth to send it back. Their website is made to look like a UK company, run by a mother and daughter! 😡 dont waste your money, you won't get it back. Wish id read the online reviews, which I usually do.
This is not a mother & daughter company. I ordered a jacket which, when it finally arrived, was appalling quality material and a very weird fit. As everything is shipped from China or similar, it’s impossible to return to get a refund without spending a fortune to send it back. Wish I’d checked properly on here before purchasing. Do not use them.
Sent an item that looks absolutely nothing like the one photographed on the website. The company will not pay for the item to be returned as it’s not faulty, they will only offer at 50% refund or a discount code to purchase with them again. The quality is awful. I actually purchased two items and the other one has a different fastening to the one on the website, again they will not do anything about it.
Scammers! I cancelled my order less than an hour after ordering… having looked at the reviews on Trustpilot. However they continued to process my order. The cardigans arrived and the quality is dreadful. Cheap tacky material that I would never wear. I have emailed them around 18 times asking for a return label which they are not prepared to provide. They have advised me to return the items to an address in China at my own expense. Alternatively the best they can do is offer me a 50% discount which I am not convinced I would ever get. Stay well clear of this Company!!
Scam, beautiful site but clothes nothing like images in terms of fit, material and specifications. Refused refund constantly offering more discounts. Trading standards should strike them off. Had to dispute order and American Express investigation ensured I got my money back as paid by credit card. Do not order do not use them, total scam. Deserve a zero rating.
