DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY!!Complete scam! Advertised as mother and daughter business based in the UK.Actually a warehouse in China!I spent £126 for absolute tat!Clothes are nothing like the pictures on the website and all smell like plastic..Luckily I paid on my credit card so have reported as a fraudulent company and got a full refund.I only wish I had read the reviews first - I won't make that mistake again!
Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered what looked in the photos like a lovely jacket but received a completely different item. Cheap looking rubbish! I understood the returns policy, however this was when I thought the item would be as advertised not a completely different product that u would NEVER have ordered! My only regret is not to check here first. Lesson learned. 0 stars.

The jumper is inferior nothing like the picture. The cosy photo of the two people lulls you into thinking this is a British Company.If you want to return it to CHINA you pay!! So they offer a small discount to keep it.In future I will always check with Trust Pilot and better still stop buying off the internet. Shop locally.
AVOID!!Ordered a raincoat, which was nothing like the pictures! Poor quality, cheap & non waterproof material.I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!Customer services is a joke! Claiming it will cost £20-£30 to return my itemto Asia! The company advertised as a UK company.. it’s a scam!Luckily I bought using PayPal! So managed to get a full refund.. thanks to Pay Pal. Avoid this company it’s NOT as advertised!
