I would have rated this company zero. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!! As the advert on FB appeared to be a UK family based company I was confident in ordering an advertised item that was described as being a rainproof jacket! It arrived after 12 days but found to be of very poor quality with no care instructions or labelling to indicate the fabric & country of origin. I doubt whether it is truly rainproof!! After several complaint emails I was advised if I chose to return it would cost £20-30 as it had to be sent to Asia. I was offered a 50% discount in the form of a discount code. I have no intention of accepting this as I would not consider ordering from them in future. I shall report this company as a Scam business & hope to obtain a refund from my credit card company.
Ordered what was advertised as a lovely pink cardigan, what I received was what I can only describe as utter rubbish, a polyester type material with a dodgy faded print on it.Thought I was buying from a family run business but as described in other reviews returning items is not viable as they have to be returned to Asia.They offer instead discounts on future purchases, as if I would buy again when my first order was total garbage.Going to try and reclaim via my credit card.Please don’t order from them.
Scam. AI generated website selling crap clothing advertised as quality garments. Not UK based. Total fraudelent site . Still trading on line and freely advertising on FB. Beware. Wish there was a Trustpilot service with big red warning stars. Beware , this outfit is a bunch of foreign thieves, fraudsters and scammers
It took awhile to be delivered. On arrival disappointed in the quality nit at all as described.Attempted to get a refund per there advertised 30 return not a cat in hell chance.After four attempts to contact them they refunded me 10% which was £3.50 . . I thought I was buying of a mother and daughter company to discovered it is a spurious asian. DO NOT TOUCH this website or company.
Even 1 star is too generous for this scam of a company. DO NOT BUY. My jumper arrived from China, no label and a horrible nylon material. Also this company was highlighted on Good Morning or This morning ITV show as a scam. Do not be deceived!!!! The cosy picture of the women is AI, there is no real Mabel and Daisy at all.
Scam website . Company not uk based and items shipped from Asia with a uk label stuck over . Appalling quality not as stated - cheap polyester and none of knitwear is actually knitted as they are just cheap printed fabric. Still awaiting response after contacting 5 times . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE
Just like everyone else, I decided to buy this for my wife off the Instagram advert. At £34-95 the jumper arrived and it’s an absolute rag not even worth £5. Company tells complete and utter lies as everyone else has stated they are not from Bristol. It’s not mother and daughter it’s a cheap Chinese company. conning people out of Money avoid at all costs.
