The item received was not what was advertised, and my request for a refund was ignored. The support team was very unhelpful. I ordered a stuffed toy, but instead, I got a cheap flat pillow. I definitely won't be purchasing from this seller again. I responded to their reply weeks ago with no resolution. They offered a 20% discount on something I wouldn't consider ordering. I've also lodged a complaint with my credit card provider.
I can't understand why the leader of this company would direct me to this website when the product I received was so subpar. I felt completely misled throughout the process, and the delivery took months. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company; the items they promote are not genuine, and you will likely be let down—CONSIDER THIS A WARNING!
The image of the pillow I ordered featured a vibrant, velvety 3D design with an embroidered name and an attached stuffed dragon. I spent 77 dollars, and after a long wait, I received a poorly packaged printed pillow instead! It was printed on a plain white background! The disappointment was immense! Why mislead customers and invite negative feedback? I requested a full refund, but they only agreed to refund half of my payment. Even if I get my money back, I am left with wasted time and lingering frustration. This service should be held accountable for misleading its customers.
I contacted the company on the day I received the pillow to express my disappointment! It looks nothing like what was advertised and is far too expensive for the quality I received! I feel so embarrassed that I don’t even want to give it to the person I intended it for! I spent $50 on this gift plus shipping, and now I have to find something else! I sent emails on 12/26/25 and 01/04/26!
I am extremely let down by this item. The image shown was not what I got. Instead, I received just a piece of plexiglass with a basic picture of the characters attached. I am very, very disappointed. I won't buy from this seller again.
I feel compelled to give a negative star review... I purchased one of the pillows, and what arrived was a flat pillow, lacking the 3D effect shown in the images. The colors are dull and washed out, completely different from what was advertised. This feels like a scam.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Their products bear no resemblance to what is advertised and are just small, low-quality plastic items. The customer service is terrible, and they do not support their products. They promise discounts but fail to deliver. GET AWAY as quickly as possible. I would rate them a zero if that were an option.
I'm unable to provide a proper review since we're at day 27 and it still hasn't arrived. This was meant to be a birthday gift, but that plan is ruined. Finally received it after 28 days, and I feel this is misleading advertising. The image looked 3D, but it's just a flat stamp, and the colors don't match at all. There are two labels: one says dishwasher safe, while the other indicates hand wash only.
