I purchased 2 magnet chess games for presents. One however, the bag was damaged. The company did not accept that it was faulty and would not replace even after I said I'd return the faulty one. Do not buy from this company!
Appalling customer service. Tried to cancel ahead of very late shipping to be told it was too late even though the website said it could be cancelled if it hadn't shipped (which it had not) . Received eventually but on trying to return it no response to multiple requests for return detail. By ignoring me I'm forced to give up which seems to be the working strategy. Plenty of similar items on Amazon so avoid this company at all costs

The game is now available on another platform at half the price, and it arrived within two days. I hope to receive my refund, but for anyone considering purchasing from this company, please save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
I never received the product. The tracking links in the confirmation email are non-functional. There has been no response to my email inquiries. To make matters worse, I received an email asking if I enjoyed my purchase. The communication has been terrible. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card provider.
