After ordering directly from Maison Crivelli’s site I’ll definitely be revisiting and can’t recommend them enough. The customer service, in particular that from Leila was amazing. I was kept well informed and updated on my purchase. MC offered to pay the UK shipping customs charge and did so when I received the link with minutes. The quality of the products is matched by their responsiveness and customer care. It’s great to receive such a high quality amazing smelling fragrance, but to have an outstanding customer service experience as I’ve received is what makes repeat business!

Leila, in particular, went above and beyond with her communication, professional, kind, and attentive to every detail.The olfactory creations are truly unique luxurious, refined, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. 2 stars are for the quality of their fragrances otherwise it would have been one, have contacted them 3 times now over the space of 2 months, have not received 1 reply, i have ordered previously and they’ve been fine, however if you need to contact them, good luck.
A fantastic range of fragrances - worth every penny and have had so many compliments when wearing.I am so pleased to have found Maison Crivelli and their amazing range of fragrances- it was hard to choose one and can’t wait to treat myself to more!I was toying between Safron Secret and Eau MaracuJa- eventually choosing the latter and literally get stopped to ask what I am wearing. Yes this expensive but the fragrance lasts far longer than my usual brand.Will definitely like to try and buy more if the range and love the sample sets that are available to help choose - Safron Secret is next on the wish list!
