I am impressed by the uniqueness, sophistication, and richness of the fragrances. Ambre Chromatique, Oud Maracuja and Oud Cadenza are my top favorites. I have more that I am yet to explore. The fragrances are long-lasting even after showering, the scent is still present.
This is the worst experience ever from all the years of my online shopping. This brand is not cheap but has absolute no decency in their business nor respect to their costumer. The status of my order was not updated for a month. I contacted their costumer service and was told that a part of my order was not in stock. Due to IT issue this was not reflected on their website and due to the missing item my order could not be shipped. So I suppose they will never ship anything and not inform their costumer when there is something wrong in their end?!After contacting the costumer service, they refunded me the item which was out of stock. But still there was no shipment made. After another week I had to contact their costumer service again to demand them ship the rest of my order.The nightmare continued. The package was shown as delivered by their carrier but I didn’t receive anything. Packages missing/stolen only happened to me twice in my entire life from all my online shopping experience. The other time, the website immediately refunded my order. But this time, after I reported the package was potentially stolen by the delivery guy, the website customer service did nothing. Then there were another two months passed. I couldn’t let it go because it is just not feeling right buying something without ever getting it. So I contacted their costumer service again. They asked me to file a document for missing item for the carrier, which I did. Till now it has been 4 months after I placed my order but didn’t receive anything. This kind of thing just never happened to me before. Even small sellers on Etsy have more professional attitudes towards their costumers. This whole thing feels like a scam. Strongly recommend not to order anything if you don’t want similar experience.
