I ordered Hibiscus Mahajád on June 4th as a birthday gift to myself. Leila informed me about possible UK customs charges due to Brexit, and the team kindly covered them right away. My package arrived on June 10th.The scent is incredible—just one spray on my pillow, and 48 hours later, it's still going strong. Truly beast mode! Thanks to Leila and the team for a smooth, pleasant experience. I will definitely be buying a backup soon!
One thing for certain is the customer service is second to none. I purchased Hibiscus Mahajad as it was out of stock in all the online uk stockists- had a few issues over VAT but Maison Crivelli covered all the duty costs and kept me informed at every step. They replied to me straight away when I received a bill for VAT from DHL and the following day I had a further bill stating the amount was £0Leila from Maison Crivelli was amazing and deserves a medal for all she has to deal with. This is customer service on another level, no waiting for replies for days, Leila replied to all my messages within a few hours. The perfume is stunning and the packaging is just beautiful, it came in a sturdy orange box with tissue paper all folded neatly with an emblem sticker holding it closed; i felt like I was unboxing an Hermes bag. I was also sent 5 samples of their other fragrances which was so unexpected but greatly appreciated and a great treat. Buying from the fragrance house itself is a special experience as other perfumes from this brand that I’ve purchased from other places just comes in a brown box with no free samples.

Was hit with a customs charge but received and email asking for the payment link which I sent and maison crivelli paid the import fees for me! The first thing I bought was Papyrus and I was immediately blown away by this unique scent. Afterwards I was curious and ordered the discovery sets of the Extriats and the Eau de Parfums. If you do this directly at Maisson Crivelli, you will receive discount codes for the same value. What can I say, it wasn't easy to decide. The Extraits in particular are like from another planet and impossible to compare with other brands. Especially with scents like saffron, neroli or oud, you get particularly great scents from this brand that last a really long time and trigger a lot of positive attention.
Absolutely outstanding and unique fragrances made with the highest quality ingredients. I've been using MC fragrances for over a year now and can't see that ever changing. Wonderfully polite and courteous sales and support staff, which is very refreshing in such an angry world! Recommend 100%
