I have ordered good few times from Makeup.and I must to say that delivery was incredible fast, prices good, selection of products satisfy.i definitely will stick to this online store.strong 5* from me with no doubts!!!Happy regular customer

Customer service is absolute trash

Ordered a nail polish, a foundation and a solid perfume. Items arrived in a thin plastic mailer with a single sheet of brown paper around it. As nail polish was in a glass bottle it had shattered coating all items in nail polish and broken glass. What I received was a leaking broken mess. So far not ideal as items were clearly broken due to poor packaging. I asked for a replacement and assumed new items would be sent. What happened next was truly why I gave a one star review for makeup.ie's atrocious customer service. I got in touch with them providing evidence of damage through their customer form. They then asked me to send an email with multiple pictures as evidence. This had already been provided clearly! They also insisted I keep this shattered leaking package until they had resolved my case. I live in an apartment so you can imagine how terrible that smelled. They then ask again for more evidence despite clearly providing this twice already!?! So a total of 17 photos and a video all which clearly show the problem and still no resolution. 18 days and several emails later they tell me they can't send a replacement due to "technical issues" and give me some nonsense about the courier repackaging my items. The customer doesn't care who packaged the items, it is the sellers responsibility to deliver items to you. Company offers a discount of 2/3 of the damaged items. As an FYI to everyone you are not required to accept "discounts" for damaged goods. You are legally entitled to a refund or replacement. A discount is a ploy to try to get you to spend more money in their store. Now the company insists I return to Poland the broken, leaking package in order to get a refund. A refund I am still waiting for over a month after I ordered. This company is trash and I will never use them again. Notino is much better
