What a shoddy mickey mouse outfit this is. The parking department define unprofessionalism and incompetence at its worse. Over an hour on phone to someone not fit to clean my toilet. Most of the call I was on hold. The worst customer service ever!!!!
Very rude agent. They don't even let you talk. They don't have patients to do their job. Asked her several time to transfer me to another agent and she refused to do it. It is a very difficult situation for everybody in this pandemic. I am sure Manchester Council tax center can find more empathetic people to work for them.
Few weeks ago, as a family we had scare with regards to coved19 and had to go through Manchester city centre for korona test. It seems with the panic and stress; I managed to go through bus lane and recieved a penalty notice. I explained my circumstances and it seems wasn't good enough for exemption and had to pay the fee. I think manchester council penalty charge are cruel people and lacks humanity..shame on you and just think if you were in my position then what would you do
if there was 0 stars then Manchester city council would get that,I went bus lane via hire car by Auxlilis Manchester city council sent the fine after 4 months to Auxlils asdress and they sent that to me,the fine states paid within 28 days if £30 but it stated £60,Auxlilis and and Manchester city council are very unnprofessnal and unacceptable service!!!!!
Awful service, even the housing associations managed to redirect important lines to operatives working from home, Manchester council on the other hand shuts up shop whilst still demanding council tax for a virtually non existent service, they're sending out council tax bills but haven't provided even one call center worker for those who don't have internet access or don't understand modern technology and that wouldn't even be that bad if it weren't for the basically inoperable nature of their web site, when trying to fill in the form for council tax the screen will automatically and irreversibly zoom in so you can't even see what's supposed to go in each (largely obscured) box, it's been like that for as long as I can remember. Utterly lacking in reliability and effective aid towards the city they're supposed to hold together.
In Higher Openshaw Aldermoor Close, and Reading close, also other local streets, We have just had £1,000.000 squandered on the worst road repairs in history, I have no idea why they destroyed the roads on Aldermoor close and Reading close because there was no problem with these roads the condition of them was far superior to the condition after the so called repairs, we are left with a road surface that is full with loose stone and a very rough finish where the surface meats the curb it is random and irregular when it rains we have low spots holding water because of the uneven surface. I expect at least that Manchester Council do not pay a penny to the contractor I am assuming Manchester council did not do the work because it is so bad.
Poor council taking peoples hard earned money for stupid bus gates not even signed correctly.Google Manchester city bus gate fines and everyone says they are robbing people by poor signage.Never travel into the city again for the corrupt have over taken.
Got a bus lane ticket in Manchester, very unhelpful, when I asked for the video proof I had touched the bus lane, was not available, months of mails, and complaints, many not answered, the excuse was human error!! what was my mistake if not human error?I touched a bus lane, but I got a fine, I did not use it, or drive in it, just the way to drive people away from Manchester.
