I see a lot more 1 star ratings than anything and I truly do not understand how. These scrubs are an outstanding price and exactly what they are advertised as. My favorite part is how stain resistant they are 🙌 for example my 2 year old son got into my make up and smeared half a bottle of super stay foundation om every scrubs set I own and they are all black. After pretreating them all with dawn dish soap and putting them in the wash my Mandala scrubs were the ONLY ones that came out spotless ❤️ Some of my coworkers choose to wear
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! I placed an order with them for $140 and when delivered I couldn’t find it anywhere!!!! I looked at the information on the receipt and it was not information I provided!! They used information from the Shop app which I haven’t used in years. Nowhere on their site did it say they were going to use information from the shop app. The information I provided was on the receipt but under delivery address it had this old address that they got from the shop app. Now I’m told they can’t help me even though it was their incompetence by using an app that I didn’t provide information too. Why they wouldn’t use the information I gave is beyond me. Then they just told me they suggest I contact the person who lives there. How the hell am I supposed to contact someone I don’t know!!!??? Awful company and awful customer service.
While the website is user friendly the customer service was poor. I got notifications as I went on the website that my first order I get 10% off so I entered my email and phone number. I did not receive a text or an email with my 10% off code. When I emailed customer service and asked if the 10% off can be applied to my first order they did not respond to my question rather agreed that I would get 10% off code in my email. After 3 emails back, the customer service person responding to my email said that In 24hrs they would have a response for me…needless to say it’s been almost a week. Although the quality of the scrubs are great, it smelled like gasoline. Will not be buying from Mandala for the poor customer service and the smell of the scrubs.
Went online and specifically ordered a size XL scrub top and a L scrub pants. I checked that the sizes were correct before I hit the “purchase” button but when I checked back later they had both become XXS Size, which I clearly will not be able to use. To add insult to injury, they were on sale, so they cannot be returned. I sent to the company an email and got back the standard automatic reply saying g id be gotten back to in 2-3 business days by which point my wrong size scrubs will probably be here. First experience with Mandala. I’m hoping it won’t be my last.
2 weeks after placing the order, I reached out to them to get an update on package, of course email only, no phone contact. There response was it was an address issue. I provided correct information when placing order and receive packages from Amazon all the time. They told me to call my local ups or post office that they could not locate the package. This is very sketchy and unprofessional response. I never received order nor have they processed my refund that was requested. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
If I could give negative stars, I would! I ordered 2 pairs of scrubs. One of the tops received was the wrong color, and the other set was just too big. I didn't like that there was NO give at all to the fabric. I couldn't find any way to contact customer service for a return or exchange, so I had to go through the Happy Returns website. I got the return verification and paid $12 out of pocket to ship the items back. It did say that it might take some time to get a refund. Well, it's been over three weeks now, and I haven't heard anything. Today, I received an email saying that my return had expired. There is no way to contact customer service or support! This is the worst customer service experience I've had with ANY company. The scrubs are inexpensive but subpar at best. Unfortunately, there's no way to find out what happened to my return or exchange. I should have just set my money on fire.
Bought a set, received a message that they are out of the top, gave me option to either change the color or the style, which I emailed them back saying that I want the set, and willing to switch to other color. Received another email on weekend that they have mailed the pant. messaged them saying that I dont want just the pant, and they have refund me the top only. Will not ever buy from them again.
These scrubs are the worst! They look cute, but I've washed them at least eight or nine times and the colors are still bleeding out. I've ruined three pairs of my favorite pants. You will have to wash these things separately forever if you do not want to ruin your other clothing.
While I absolutely love these scrubs, there are a couple of issues, specifically with the company. They are listed below:1. As an international customer, they do not offer exchanges (only returns/refunds) -- I purchased a pair of pants that fit really well, but they were a tad too short. I wanted to exchange them for a different length, but I am not eligible for this as I am an international customer (Canada). I returned the pants, hoping to reorder the pants in a different length. I went to reorder and realized that I am now stuck with a $15 shipping fee that I did not have on my original order. I understand that ordering only the pants does not meet the $75 minimum for free shipping, but it feels like a scam that I cannot reorder a different size pair of pants. I have shopped internationally quite a bit, and have NEVER experienced this with any other company. Feels very scummy and scammy. 2. They do not offer any codes! I did not receive my 10% off first order discount code until after I placed my first order, and I now cannot use it!3. When a bad review is written, it is placed at the very back of reviews, and is very, very hard to access for other viewers who may be looking for honest reviews. 4. Some items are not as pictured. I ordered the underscrub top, and even though it shows that the item has thumb holes, the shirt that I received does not have thumb holes.. I am very disappointed in this.Although I love the quality and look of Mandala scrubs, I do not feel that I will ever buy from them again (unless issues are resolved), and cannot morally recommend this company to anyone else.
On the return page it specifically says : "Please note - currently our exchanges are limited to products within the same style and lengths. For ex - you can exchange Navy Joggers Regular S with Navy Petite XS or even a different color. But you cannot exchange Joggers for Cargos - simply return for a full refund!" But when trying to process the return, the only option given was for an exchange- the scrubs have a very awkward poor fit, there is no point in doing an exchange. Especially when it specifically states that they will simply return for a full refund. I also attempted to fill out a contact form, on multiple browsers and the send button just changes from black to whie and it never sends . Additionally, the package came with no packing slip and nothing to help get in contact with them. BUT it had an address in longview texas with a phone number for the compann that when called goes to GAP customer service and the person that answers says that they do not ship mandala products so they cannot help. They are sending false information to their customers . THIS IS A SCAM please do not use this company unless you are so desperate that you will take anything with no hope of a resolution.
