AVOID - UNSCRUPULOUS SELLER! The clothing quality is extremely poor and does not resemble the images or descriptions provided. They promote high-quality items on social media and their website, misleading customers into thinking they are a reputable store offering luxury items during a holiday sale, but they actually send subpar products from overseas. The seller insisted that I return the items at my own cost using a tracked service, claiming they bear no responsibility and won't issue a refund if they can't 'locate' the package, even after it’s marked as 'delivered'. This is utterly ridiculous! This seller is a scam. I have reported them to my payment provider.

The customer service was decent in my experience; they addressed my concerns but went quiet when I inquired about proof of the bag's authenticity.
