I have had nothing but a great experience! They paired me with a team that fit well with me and my company! My team of ladies have went above and beyond in growing my business, which as been substantial. We even won a excellence business award in my county for 2024. They have my loyalty!!
This company is total trash. We gave them a budget of $400/month to trial. They did that for a few months then all of a sudden charged our account over $5000 (no I did not add an extra zero there). We called them assuming it was a mistake and they said it was correct because they spent $5k in advertising (which they couldnt produce backing for). It took our legal team to get involved for them to finally refund the money. Stay away. They are a scam for sure.
Marketing 360 has really assisted me in navigating on-line marketing. They provide a complete range of services including SEO and PPC advertising, as well as an integrated platform that has email marketing, CRM, and a host of other features. I think the reps there are diligent and very pro-active.
This company was built on fraud. Their original name is madwire. They changed that name in all their marketing material to marketing 360 but their credit card charges still bear madwire. I researched this company for 3 months before signing on with them. They promised to do the work and follow through. I signed on for $2250 per month with $1000 going towards paid ads. It took them 3 months to set up the social media presence . I was paying $2250 monthly. They still charged me $2250 for the 4th month which included $1000 for paid ads when they haven't ran even one paid ad. I asked for a refund on the $1000 . They stopped communicating and I did not get up to 5 calls after 4 months. marketing 360 is madwire and the only thing they have in common is fraud. I will file a complaint with FTC. This people are criminals. They hired nice people that will bend over backwards to make you sign up. Once you sign up, they will hand you ove to another team and from there it is fraud 101
Terrible. Got stuck in a contract that promised a brand-new website and received a terrible product. Their graphic designer team and lead generation were overcharging. Once I was able to finish the contract, I found a different company where I paid 1/2 of the monthly fee, and with 1/2 of what I was spending on Google ads, I got more leads. Do not sign up for it. You will regret it like I did.
