Madwire has been integral to the success of our business. We've partnered with them for over 3 years and it's made all the difference. Madwire's specialized campaign, and guidance has provided us with extremely reliable website and phone traffic. We know that if we ever want to increase revenue all we have to do is dial up our marketing. Due to the longevity of our campaign, our cost per lead is some of the most economical we've experienced. We couldn't recommend them more!
6 months, $18,000 and missing SEO, blogs, and only a couple leads. Said they "fired" or account rep and let us know that he had still completed everything agreed in contract. We asked for a refund they offered a small amount but wanted us to sign an NDA. I would have rather burned my $18K (at least it would've kept me warm).Do your diligence! There's a reason they don't have Google reviews!

Subpar workWhile sales and workmanship were initially good, great conversations and a good plan. But it fell flat after that. The work was not as professional as it appeared to be at first. Their work for themselves is great, but the work for me was of a much lower caliber. I had to ask them to redo the logo twice. They used clip art. They wouldn't follow the key items that I communicated: images with my ideal clients. They didn't deliver ads that worked. The ads didn't look like they had a professional designer who thought it through. I didn't get a single conversion from their work. I came to them to use their expertise to get ads, and ended up being redirected to redo my website, and overall, I wasn't happy with the level of detail in the final results.
Marketing 360 has been a great help in getting our website up to date and marketable. Our website was outdated and needed to be updated so it would be user friendly for mobile devices. We also needed help in marketing and ads. Marketing 360 is great at listening, and follow up. Our meetings are informative and productive, with a plan made and assignments to make sure everyone is doing their part. We have benefited greatly from their services.
