I really had high hopes but was extremely disappointed with the service, the quality of their design work and felt mislead by the initial sales associate. No lead that came in was a quality lead. I would say working with Marketing 360 is a lot like fishing with donuts. They make a sweet sales presentation but no substance to actually bring in any customers. I spent a lot of money to see no results.
This company promises the world and delivers nothing. They charged me $2500 for a geo fencing campaign and local SEO package. I got nothing in return. Total scam. Do not purchase anything from Marketing 360 or their parent company.

the price of a big marketing agency. The quality of a high school kid starting his first business. Not only did the ad copy SUCK. but they didnt follow through with any of their promises. I received several apologies and promises to do better and gave several chances. but in the end it was a massive waste of my time and money. To add icing to the cake they completely destroyed the already converting ad campaigns i had built myself as a complete monkey to building ads that converted BETTER than anything they ever built this company has a great sales and marketing team for themselves but when it comes to understanding any actual industry to build ads for they suck.

Instead, I was completely ripped off—they charged me over $20,000 for a website that was sloppy and full of typos etc. I could have used an AI tool and built a better site in a week for a fraction of the cost.Their marketing services were just as bad—generic, ineffective, and a total waste of money. I repeatedly voiced concerns to Eric Woods, but all I got were excuses and empty promises. Nothing improved, and I was left with a unprofessional website that I now have to fix myself.This company is running a well-packaged scam. They lure in small businesses with big promises and overcharge for low-quality work. DO NOT waste your money—stay far away!!

However, my experience with the company reveals a troubling pattern of excessive, undisclosed charges and gross mismanagement of advertising budgets that resulted in significant financial harm to my business.Upon entering into a service agreement with Marketing 360, I was not properly informed of the true costs associated with their platform and services. Fees that were either vaguely explained or entirely omitted during the onboarding process began appearing on my billing statements, including recurring platform charges and inflated service fees that far exceeded the value of the work delivered.More critically, Marketing 360 launched paid advertising campaigns without the oversight of a qualified or certified ad specialist. The campaigns were poorly targeted, lacked strategic planning, and yielded no measurable return on investment. Despite spending thousands of dollars on ads through their system, I received minimal traffic and zero conversion, all while being kept in the dark about how these funds were actually used.Repeated attempts to get clarification, transparency, or adjustments to billing and ad strategy were either ignored or met with dismissive responses. Their opaque billing practices and lack of accountability reflect a serious failure in client stewardship, professionalism, and ethical standards.As a result of Marketing 360’s actions and omissions, I incurred substantial financial losses, lost marketing momentum, and endured considerable stress. I believe this company misrepresents the quality and scope of their services, exploits small business owners unfamiliar with digital marketing, and engages in practices that should be investigated for potential consumer protection violations.
They made a great website, there was a slight misunderstanding around the terms of the plan we had formulated for my site, but the important part is they resolved it and thats all anyone can ask for. Everything is business as ussual. Happy to know these guys are not the type to take advantage and are fair.
