This so called UK company is a scam! Goods come from CHINA- and the trainers/ shoes are appalling quality. Customer service email just bounces back. I ordered what I thought were orthopaedic trainers as I'm recovering from a broken ankle- but don't trust this company! They are not legitimate. Nothing orthopaedic about them.
I bought the Marley shoes before I read the reviews and was gutted by the waste of money!!…They arrived after 3 weeks from China even although it says UK on website.. They were like 2 sizes too small also thin cheap material ..They are on Malwarebytes website as a scam company also they have many different websites too..They con people out of money! Just look out for same pictures of shoes and same price under different names..They do not answer emails asking to return items.
If only I had read the reviews before I ordered , what an absolute scam making you believe it’s a uk family run business,I’ve tried emailing the company but they literally bounce back , I will try and contact my bank and see if I have any joy. AVOID AVOID AVOID
The shoes are very poor quality and not worth the money; I am sure they will break if I try to wear them. They do not live up to their on-line description and they are not substantial like those shown in the on-line photograph.I feel I have been cheated out of my money.I tried to contact the company before the shoes arrived because there was no indication of a delivery date. There was no response. However, they were quick to take the money from my account.I suspect this is a bogus "company".
I have been trying to contact the company for a long time regarding the order I placed, but I have not been successful. Initially, I wanted to amend the order, but I ended up canceling it, which included two pairs of shoes.To cut a long story short, my emails either went unanswered or were returned as undeliverable. Their website claims to be a UK-based company that sells orthopedic shoes, but none of this is true. The shoes were shipped from the Far East, took forever to arrive despite my request to cancel the order, and the quality was horrendous. I have never seen anything worse. The two pairs weighed less than a kilo, felt like they were made of paper, were poorly constructed, and came without labels or shoelaces. Most concerning was the sizing. I ordered a size 9 in ladies' shoes to leave extra room for my orthotic needs, but they were far too small. They are not orthopedic at all and may cause more damage to my feet than the cheapest shoes available in the UK. To make matters worse, they were not cheap, costing around £35 per pair.After disputing my transaction with the bank, I received an email from them begging me not to seek a refund. Since then, I have received no further response, and I am unsure where to return the shoes. They will most likely end up in the bin.
I’m absolutely livid! I just collected a pair of trainers that I bought from Marley Shoes. They are nothing like the ones advertised, so naturally I tried to return them. The return policy stated that I should initiate contact via email. I emailed the address that was provided, triple checked to ensure it was the correct address only to get a response that my email was undeliverable! Now my money is literally gone in the bin. I wished I saw the other reviews before I made the purchase. The owners of MARLEY SHOES are despicable!!!
"Urgent Do not buy from them " the Sandals i purchased are so cheap & terrible quality nothing like the advertised photos which look lovely in comparison !TrustPilot please take this company off your site so nobody else gets conned !! they do not respond back to the customer i have tried many times for weeks & no responses back they are despicable little con merchants !!! The absolute rubbish cheap looking pair of sandals they sent me are too big the wrong colour orthopedic my arse !!! break your neck cheap shite the worst fake leather crap quality i have ever seen I am very angry this is the last time i purchase on line
