No stars at all!!! I have had the same experience as described by so many. The website looks professional however the shoes are horrendously cheap and I would be embarrassed to wear,them in addition they claim to be orthopaedic - they are dangerous to wear how do they continue to operate under this guise? It took a while to deliver with very inconsistent tracking available. I have had no responses to many attempts to return the product. The emails bounced back and there are three listed ones plus a contact form, no telephone number and definitely no return policy that they claim to operate. Why is the website not taken down?
WHAT A SCAM MARLEY SHOES ARE . VERY POOR QUALITY NO SUBSTANCE TO THEM AT ALL I HAVE WASTED £48 ON CRAP SANDALS ,THE WHOLE THING IS A SCAM ,ANY EMAILS SENT HAVE BEEN RETURNED AS NOT A TRUE EMAIL ADDRESS AND-THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM SO FAKE FAKE FAKE COMPANY, IS THERE ANYWAY THESE FAKE COMPANIES CAN BE STOPPED AND WE ALL GET REFUNDS……
Really needs no stars. Do not buy from this company. The shoes are just cheap and horrible . Mine cost 30 pounds., and they are embarrassing, just edges / not finished,and definately not suede as advertised. I have e mailed at least 8 times to get the secret address to send them back but no reply. There is no phone number, no customer service at all. Please do not waste your money!
I bought, what I thought was leather orthopaedic sandals from Marley Shoes. There was no updates or contact after the purchase. I tried to email them but the reply said email didnt exist. I thought I wasnt getting these sandals and raised a despute/scam claim with my credit card company. Then, the sandals arrived on 16.6.25.....they are nothing like what was advertised, they are cheap.plastic, certainly not orthopaedic....just cheap nasty plastic sandals, so angry
Received very poor leather boots. Completely unlike the picture on their site. No grip or tread, just smooth with a rose design. A death trap in the wet or snow. Company is in China, not that you can tell by their site, and if you want to return them you have to ship them yourself back to China at your expense. Avoid like the plague!
Also echoing everyone else, do not buy from this company! Cheap looking plastic trainers & when I asked for a refund they told me to return them to an obscure address in CHINA at my own expense or they would give me a 30% refund. I was stupid enough to purchase 3 pairs to get the extra discount as they looked perfect for what I needed.
Just echoing what others have said, just received my shoes they are rubbish! Of very poor quality and unable to contact them , it comes up as email address unknown, I wished I’d looked at the reviews first DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you will receive cheap rubbish shoes that don’t fit even though I went half a size up they are too small
