I paid extra for fast delivery and waited over 2 weeks for my boots to arrive, I ordered a size 8 but received something more like a 10! It stated they were leather but in fact are actually a really cheap, poor quality plastic coated imitation material. I paid a premium price for something that is sub-standard quality that even a local market stool wouldn’t sell at a snip of the price! No response when emailed the company for a refund, no ways of communicating with them as no telephone number supplied, Gutted beyond belief doesn’t even come close, I feel like I have been mugged off!
Absolute pile of rubbish, I paid £50 for a pair of trainers to support my feet, they took 5 weeks because they came from abroad and I’ve never seen such a shoddy pair of trainers ever, they we like putting in concrete boots, the lip was stapled in! Do NOT waste your money on this company
Tried to contact them on 3 different email addresses. All been returned. The shoes are crap quality, if they were 3 pounds off Temu, then you wouldnt be disappointed. Where the other reviews on their site come from i have no idea.If you are looking for shoes that will last more than a week, dont buy these.
Absolute scam Delivery arrived open , badly wrapped with 1 very poor quality shoe inside !! Might well be a postal issue but can’t get hold of company . Emails bounce back and messages don’t reach company. I wish I’d read these reviews first but live and learn
Paid extra for an express delivery for shoes to wear on a city break holiday. Needed orthopaedic shoes as advertised. Company stated delivered but have only just received them 2 weeks later.The shoes are a disgrace. They are cheap and soft material with no support for ankles or feet. They look nothing like the picture and i have only just read the reviews because my emails keep bouncing back.Lesson learned! Do not touch this company with a bargepole
I ordered shoes on 14th September, and as nothing has arrived, tried contacting them. As there is no phone number, I did this by email, but my messages keep coming up as ‘Failed’. I have re-checked their address, but to no avail. I’d be grateful if someone could either give me a phone number, or tell me how they managed to contact the company, as the advertised email address doesn’t seem valid. Thanks!
I have just realised that this company is a scam. I ordered shoes 10days ago but still haven’t received them. I tried to get in touch but it said Address not found. Looked on tracking and it’s China not a UK family as is advertised. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM 😡
