I really regret not checking reviews before making a purchase. The shoes I received were nothing like what was advertised—very low quality and shipped from overseas. The cost to return them would exceed what I paid, contrary to what their website claimed about covering return costs. Avoid this service!
Despite selecting express shipping, my order took nearly three weeks to arrive. The items were clearly not leather and not as described. It was misleading to have a family photo on the website when the products are shipped from overseas. To get a refund, you must pay a portion of the shipping costs. Avoid this service!
The company claims to be based in the UK, but returns are at the customer's expense to China. I was misled about the product being orthopaedic and of high quality. When I asked for a return label, I was told to return the items to China at my own cost. I discovered that the payment was set as a recurring charge. This is unacceptable.
The shop does not even desrve a single star but that option is not available. The Shoes is not close to what is advertised, nor made of real leather as mentioned in website description, but some cheap faux material - just awfull and this company need to be reported!!!Horrible horrible horrible...
SCAM BEWAREthe boots i ordered eventually arrived but were definitely not as advertised. apart from being the wrong size they are of the cheapest, worst quality imaginable. probably cause injury to feet if worn. no paperwork or return details. just arrived in a chinese plastic bag smelling toxic.
I mirror all the reviews on this company. Emails keep bouncing back. Zero communication. If I do receive the order, after reading the reviews, I am dreading what I do receive. I wish like many others that I had read trust pilot as I would never had ordered the trainers. Avoid at all cost!!!!!
