Review Time
I ordered two products in March 2025 – a lamp and a table. The lamp has still not been delivered, and the table that finally arrived last week had a large scratch on the side.When contacting customer support, the reply I received was “we’re very sorry.” For products at this price point, this is outrageous.I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering – poor quality control, endless delays, and zero accountability from customer service make this a very disappointing experience.Still don't know if I'm going to receive the lamp or not.
The most terrible experience. Bought a rug in March, with leadtime of 4 weeks. After 5 weeks i was informed that a “human error occured” and another 6 weeks have been added to the lead time. When this weeks passed, I enquired again after my rug to discover that another “human error” occured and i needed to wait another 8 weeks. Nobody ever contacts me, i need to discover it because i ask so. Do not buy here.
We're a young couple and we've managed to buy our first home together. We spent ages choosing a rug and finally decided to spend a lot of money on one of these. It has not arrived. We've had no communication, no reply's to our many messages, nothing. I don't think it'll ever arrive based on these other reviews, and now we can't afford a new one. Please do not use this company. You can't do this to people.
I'm still waiting for a lamp that I preordered in July of last year. It's pre-order, so I was prepared to wait. And I was very happy when I received the notification in August that production would start and would approximately take 3-4 months.Since then, I'm waiting for the lamp. And although it is of course annoying, it is not the wait time I'm upset about. It is the horrible customer service.I never receive any updates without requesting them and the updates are very unspecific (and so far never true). There is never a reasonable explanation as to why production is delayed (I might actually be more understanding if I would know what's going on). I was offered a refund but that is not what I want, I really want to have the beautiful lamp that I ordered. So I keep waiting, but I have no trust that the current ETA will be kept and I do wonder how long I will have to wait eventually.As a small company your focus should be your customer and for the price of the products I expect a lot more than if I would order something from a large retailer.There are other items, I'd love to order, but I don't think I will given this experience.
Really poor service. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my carpet order after waiting for over six months. I was assured that the amount would be refunded to my credit card within three weeks. Now I'll probably have to wait forever for that too.Something fishy is going on in this online shop.
