I placed an order for one mattress and for one top mattress, only the top mattress has been delivered and I have tried several times to contact them, they do not answer on either of the two email addresses, and the telephone has a recorded message saying the number is not connected at the moment, try again later.
The quality overall is OK not the best. But trying return it is hell, because they say they give you your money back if you return it BUT, YOU have to PAY for the shipping. So it becomes more expensive to ship it back unless you can manage to put it back in the very small box and still you got to pay for that shipping. Really just better to try Amazon or other seller that can handle the returns otherwise you end up feeling scammed like me.
