I ordered Supportho Premium cold foam mattress 180 x 200 cm, height 18 cm, firmness level H2/H3.It came so quick, and I sleep so much better now. I want to thank you for making such a good quality product at such an affordable price! But most of all, that you have that packaging method, to make the package smaller and not that heavy.That makes it possible for people without car, for people with limited financial means, for people who are not so physically strong - to be able to pick it up from the delivery point with a hand trolley and bring it home. I am so grateful.And I sleep so much better.
Very good prices. Products are manufactured in EU! Customer service replied fast and was friendly. Tracking the order was possible from the links. However, the promised delivery time was not achieved. The promised deliveries were within the same week (order placed on Monday) but the last part of the delivery was 2 weeks after the order, part of the delivery came within 1 week. This is not bad and understandable, but it wasn’t as promised.
