Hello,I have recently purchased an "Cold foam mattress K16 / 180 x 200 cm / H2 + H3 / 16 cm high"But Once I recieved the I see the quality is not up-to the mark. It has thin cover and the zip was open on first day when I tried to put the ZIP worned out and it's openThe thickness of mattress is just 12cmBut more importantly the mattress is soft that it gives me back problem and shallow U bend. Feels very hard to get up and creates back pain.I have contacted the vendor/seller he didn't want to re-take or not replying to my followup emails. Dont buy from these vendor.I have requested next day for refund/return but they are spending time, it's almost 5 days now.
The delivery time "1-2 days delivery time" isn't as advertised but completely inaccurate. I placed the order in August 29th and in their general terms and conditions they mention "Delivery takes place within 1 to 3 working days within the EU. " but to this day, September 10th, the mattress is still in Germany and wasn't shipped until 5th of September.
I never received my order. I ordered the mattress on the 1st of September and it was intended to arrive on the 4th, it is now the 8th and it never arrived though I have received an email asking how satisfied I am with my purchase. I emailed customer support on the 4th but no reply. It’s really unfortunate as I have no bed and have been sleeping on air mattress and I picked here because it was meant to arrive quickly. Fraudulent claims. There is no such thing like 2 days delivery. This company clearly discriminates between western European customers treatment and eastern European countries customers service and treatment. It's a shame this company took my money and going on a week now I am still waiting for my son bday gift mattress! Looks like once they get your money they don't care. This seller and company is doing false advertising of 2 day delivery and making many other promises in their advertising. Finally on the 7th day gls came late out of their given 3 hour time frame.. Just like I thought sub standard quality mattress, strong smell of chemical odor, 24 hours now smell is still there and mattress thickness stopped at 14 cm, company claimed 16 cm. Another false advertising /claim by this company! I will not recommend this company at all!
It looks like a scam , they claim they will deliver the mattress with in 3 business days , now I am waiting more than a month there is no delivery. They are not reapplying to my mails too . It's a fraudulent company . The reviews here looks like paid or generated, it's a hell bad experience of my life to buy online something from them .
