The customer service is incredibly frustrating. I reported that the topper was the wrong height, and instead of helping, I received endless instructions on measuring a mattress. They act as if I’m at fault. Despite sending photos multiple times, they refuse to accept them and threaten return costs. Just send a return label and stop wasting time. I would advise against this company.
I purchased two mattresses, one top layer and one solid. The top layer arrived quickly, but the other was promised for November 26th. I've sent three emails inquiring about it, but received no answers. I opened a case with my payment service to protect my money, as this customer service has been unacceptable.
I ordered two mattresses over a month ago and still haven’t received them. Initially, I was told there was a shipment delay, then informed they arrived at the local post terminal. However, the terminal couldn’t find anything under my name. I've contacted the company three times without a proper explanation. All I learned is that an 'investigation' was opened over two weeks ago, with no updates since. I'm genuinely worried about never receiving my order and find the lack of communication very frustrating.
