I've ordered the Supportho Premium 180 x 200 cm H2/H3 on 13.09, today is 22.09 and the mattress was not even sent. I wrote to customer support, and they said that they were out of stock, although there is no information about this on the website, and said that delivery is expected at the end of next week, i.e., in the best case scenario, on 03.10...I want to refund my money and buy a mattress from another dealer.
The delivery was fast even though the delivery tracker showed that the mattress started its journey from the western extremities of Germany and made its way all the way to a small city in the south eastern part of the Czech Republic.The mattress is too soft for my weight and the coils make noise when moving on the bed.I think this mattress would best suit a person up to a maximum of 80 Kg and not more.
Avoid at all costs!I ordered from their UK website which advertised free delivery. After 3 days, I received an email from customs demanding an additional £50 payment. In my opinion, such charges should be clearly included in the price upfront.I contacted customer service and requested to cancel my order, as paying £50 makes this purchase far from cost-effective. I was told cancellation is not possible—if I refuse to pay customs, the goods will be returned, and I’ll only receive a refund minus the delivery cost.Their website promises “hassle-free delivery” and “free shipping options”, but my experience was anything but hassle-free.⚠️ Tip: Buy from a genuine UK supplier and don’t be misled as I was. Avoid!
I wouldn’t even give 1 star, absolutely awful company. Ordered a mattress in September and still not been delivered. Tried emailing and calling but just getting no where, no mattress, no apology, no explanation and no refund, we have had a start a charge back with the card company
