Mattress never delivered and appalling customer service

I ordered this mattress mainly due to the 1-2 day delivery ‘promise’. However a week later I still have not received the mattress. I have tracking for the German GLS delivery part - saying cleared UK customs - but apparently then it changes to Parcelforce and there are no tracking numbers for this to check where the mattress is.I just got an email from Matratzen saying delays happen with Parcelforce. My question then is why use them?Appalling service - would never use them again as needed the mattress for guests so then had to buy another mattress for this.
