From ordering the correct product (Jason/Daniel) to ensuring kit installation with market leading fittings, my Maxton Experience was of the highest excellence. By the time I had parked and entered reception, Simon (Customer Service) already had the necessary documents for me to complete and explained how my visit would be scheduled. This included visiting the “laboratory like cleanliness” of the workshop. Before fitting the modifications, Brad (Install Engineer) showed how the parts would be attached and the tools to be used (he even highlighted that parts fitted by other provider were incorrect, and the Maxton team replaced these with correct fittings). The final stage of the process included Will (Marketing) taking professional pictures that were emailed to me with 24 hours. My BMW 8 Series Convertible now looks like the finished article that it should have done leaving the factory in Germany. I look forward to continued partnership with Maxton, and will be recommending their products and services to members of BMWCCGB, considering aerodynamic modifications.
Maxton Design is one of the most proffesional company's I have been to. The qualty of the parts are amazing. The customer service I received from Simon and the team from arriving to leaving was unreal.The workshops were like an F1 garage spotless.Would highly recommend
Master piece !!! I am quite stunned by the view of my car soon after it left the workshop of Maxton Design. The car looks different, with an aggressive look at the front and the side. The staff at Maxton Design is so courteous and respecteful. Very good service with a nice and very confortable waiting room. The working atmosphere there is so welcoming. I am glad I took my car there to be looked after. I am in the move to comple the remaining side skirt (rear side skirt), and I am looking forward to discuss which one I should chose from their stocks. My car now looks so nice an attractive.thanks to Maxton design. keep on the good work.
Where do i start.....From the moment we walked in to the building i was greeted from Simon who was very chatty and polite, he explained the process to us regarding fitting my splitter. Then we were escorted to the waiting room which had very nice hot and cold drinks which were free, in there was a PS5 either to play on or watch a film and there was a driving simulator too. So you had plenty of things to do while you waited for the work to carried out on your car. After about 20 mins we were taken to look at my car before they started doing the work, this area was spotlessly clean and well organised stock. We spent a short time with the engineer Dee who was fantastic and explained the fitting procedures. After a short while asking Dee many questions we were taken back to the comfortable waiting room by Jason and Elliott who were also very polite. Once my car was ready it was parked outside and put in the customers parking slot, such a professional job done by professional team from start to finish. These guys don't see it as a job they see it as a privilege to work on your car. We will definitely be calling back for the rest of our cars done here. The merchandise is top notch not cheap crap only the best quality and reasonably priced too.
From ordering my part to having it fitted was less than 48hrs! From stepping through the doors at Maxton everything was 100% amazing. Special shout out to Simon who made us feel at ease and talked us through everything. We will definitely be back to Maxton in the future. Thanks guys 😊
Please be aware if you order from this company and your item is delivered damaged they do not adhere to the sale of goods act 2015 and replace or refund your purchase, it’s left to the customer to purchase a new replacement item at your own expense I’ve just sent £497 and have been trying to get a replacement item for a damaged item which they have refused and totally disregarded my consumer rights.This is totally unacceptable from what should be a reputable company, I have now taken steps to receive a refund, which is totally inconvenient, the item was delivered on 01/12/2025 as a Christmas present and discovered damaged on 15/12/2025, well within the 30 day period covered by the consumer protection act.Please consider this when purchasing items from this company.
I purchased a Maxton Design gloss black wing spoiler and had it fitted at their premises last Friday. The experience from start to finish was brilliant and took under half an hour. Their business development specialist, Jason Tierney took me through the steps and offered additional options. The premises were very well maintained with a very nice customer waiting area that had fabulous coffee.Overall a fantastic experience (and very reasonably priced). I would give 6 stars if I could.
