Extremely happy with the service. Booking was easy and was made to feel welcome when bringing the car in. They told me exactly what would be done to the car and an estimated time for completion. All in all very efficient and professional service .. As a Mercedes specialist perhaps Mercedes main dealers could learn a few things or two from these guys.. well done guys!
This dealer refused my bank finance for their own reasons and tried to force me to use their in-house finance at a higher rate. They then refused to refund my deposit, even though this was not my fault. Came back to me after 3days and wanted to do the deal, already lost interest as everything was getting shady. Very disappointing experience.
