Meadow Consultants recently did a home-buyers (level 2) report for us, we were very impressed by how thorough it was and found it very informative. Excellent communication and customer service. I received the report within a couple of days of the survey. The level 2 survey was thorough and comprehensive [64 pages - inc photographs], far beyond what I was expecting. Invaluable document when making such a significant purchase. Meadow Consultants were very quick to reply to our initial enquiries about getting a survey done on a house and what level survey would be best. The cost of the survey was very competitive compared to other companies in the area and Meadow Consultants were able to carry out the survey within two weeks (other companies had noted it could be 4-5 weeks, with an additional week to receive the report). We received the Homebuyer report within a few days of the survey being carried out. The report itself is very easy to read and understand. It includes lots of pictures showing you exactly what they are talking about in each section, so you can visually see any areas of concern/recommended maintenance that you may not have noticed when viewing the house.Overall we have had a very positive experience with Meadow Consultants and would definitely recommend them. As first time buyers their report has given us piece of mind about the property we are buying.
