First class surveyor came to do a level 2 survey. It was more like a level 3. The report he provided was extremely comprehensive. On the basis of his survey I made the decision not to proceed with my house purchase potentially saving a lot of money.I would highly recommend this company. The written survey report came back within three days. The surveyor was prepared to answer continued questions and I was reassured by his professional ism and ability to explain complex issues in layman's terms.Thank-you for all your help. David Crean carried out a Specific Defect Report for us earlier this year and was not only thorough in his findings, but was also very happy to talk us through things over the telephone and has also answered follow up questions via email on more than one occasion. Meadow Consultants have definitely gone the extra mile and I can't recommend them highly enough.
The survey carried out was more thorough than I had expected, the report was detailed and informative quoting building regulations at the required points.As a result of the report I cancelled the purchase of a property that I was keen on, so now looking for another. When I find one, this same company will be called on to survey it.
