From start to finish, Meadow Consultants were great. Our details were passed to Meadow Consultants by our mortgage broker, and they contacted us within a couple of days to outline the process and advise which surveys were available. They were able to book in a surveyor for the following week, which I was really impressed by as I know with some consultants you have to wait weeks for a slot. The report arrived by the following week and was very thorough. Our experience with them could not have been better. Special thanks to Phil and David.

I got recommended MCL through our mortgage broker. This is the second time I have used MCL in past few months after first house sale fell through. I had no reservations on who to contact for my next property (hopefully my last) and they have on both occasions been speedy in All correspondence, squeezed us in when there was a cancellation, supportive, answered endless questions - giving detailed and clear reports with photos to verify their statements. I will recommend them to anyone moving in the future and in comparison to other company quotes there report was ready in a speedy time scale, and good value for money
The service from Lucy, Phil and David was excellent from when I first made contact to receipt of the report.The level 2 survey carried out by David was really thorough and contained lots of photos, some of which were taken using a drone. The detail he provided went beyond what I was expecting.I had a few concerns when I first read the report but after phoning David and talking through various elements I felt reassured and now know what steps I need to take going forward.I cannot recommend Meadow Consultants highly enough to anyone needing a survey and would award them more than 5 stars if I could.
I recently had a Level 3 survey carried out by Meadow. My entire experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. During my initial chat Lucy was happy to provide me with all the info that I wanted. Prior to the survey, I was able to have a phone chat with David (the surveyor) and he was able to give me further detail about some things. On the day of the survey, having arranged with David in advance, I turned up to the site just as he was finishing up the survey. He walked me around the house and gave me a very informative and helpful summary of the main concerns etc. The report arrived by the end of that week, within the indicated timeframe. The report itself was very detailed, clear and contained numerous helpful pictures that were accompanied by detailed explanations. David was happy for me follow up with him by phone and answer some questions I had about some parts of the report, I found that to be a very helpful conversation. During all my interactions with David (and his other colleagues at Meadow) I found him to be professional, thorough, and patient. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Meadow for your home survey!
Outstanding service from start to finish. Communicative office respond to emails really quickly. Clear instructions for us at all steps which was brilliant as first time buyers. The survey we received was excellent, clear and easy to understand with recommended action points. I could not recommend Meadow Consultant enough.
