I've been very happy of my first time experience with Meadow Consultants Ltd. I arranged a home visit meeting with Mr David Crean who was a very polite gentleman and professional in his approach to my issue. Although the outcome to my problem was not personally what I had hoped for but what I had anticipated, Mr Crean was very happy to explain the conditions that prevail and of those that may become evident in the future.
I heard about Meadow Consultants through a friend who had a 5 star experience with them and I’m equally happy with my experience. I needed a quick appointment as my vendor wanted swift action and I wasn’t disappointed. The report (level 2) is thorough and has given enough detail for me to action areas before I officially sign anything. For anyone not considering a survey of a potential purchase property- think again. I would definitely recommend Meadow Consultants based on cost which was fair, professionalism of the extensive information in the report, along with the quick and efficient turnaround of the report and communication I am more than happy with the overall experience.
Fantastic and professional service. Work was carried out around 2 weeks after agreeing, survey came back after 3 days. The information found has allowed us to understand the work needed to be carried out on the property and approach contractors for the work to have an idea of the cost. Couldn't recommend more! I'm not from the area of Newport but was recommended Meadow Consultants LTD through my estate agents and I could not be happier with the service provided! David Crean who carried out the survey was ever so helpful, the report was detailed and the photographs made the survey easy to understand! By far the best surveyor I have used and would recommend to anyone buying and needing a surveyor! I am also a first time buyer, so this report was amazing for me and the people in the office were so helpful and always at the end of the phone or an email!
Meadow Consultants came recommended from family who had used them recently. They were helpful and professional thought out the process. The survey was clear and easy to understand with references to photographs that they took and included in the report. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I move on future.
