Great experience with Meadow. The office was really professional and quickly set up the survey. Brilliant survey, thorough, easy to understand with clear recommendations. The survey was returned in good time and the whole process was so easy - the easiest part of moving!
Lucy, Phil and David from Meadow Consultants were a joy to deal with the start to the end on a process that can be stressful, especially where subsidence is potentially involved, as was the case with our prospective purchase. A can-do attitude was apparent from the start, even though we were asking them to travel further from their base than normal.I was impressed how they listened to, and noted, my concerns ahead of the survey. The survey itself was by far the best survey I have read (having moved several times) both on the issue of subsidence and on all the other regular issues too. Clear, easy-to-understand explanations were accompanied by photos and David was happy to give a further explanation by phone of parts that I wanted to know a little bit more about. And on risks, there was a useful estimate of how much work might cost in the short, medium and longer term. I would thoroughly recommend Meadow Consultants to anyone who wants to take the stress out of having a survey done.

Excellent service provided, i requested a report on a propery i am purchasing. The timescales were excellent in carrying out the work and receiving the report. The report was very detailed and will come of use in years to come. Also great that you can ask any follow up questions, they are there when needed.
