3rd day waiting for a replacement piece…

3rd day waiting for a replacement piece of equipment to be delivered. Despite triple checking address and other details they have gone to a different address twice and now have decided that parts are missing from the items we were expecting today. NO update only found this out when i rang to get a delivery window. A whole week of being let down and sat waiting for something they don't deem as important to deliver. Should not be given the contract with supporting the NHS as they are failing miserably.

I would give zeroI would give zero. After chasing request by Rehab Team, medical air bed finally arrived at 5:30 pm for my 87 year old mum who had been discharged from hospital the previous day. Mum passed away yesterday evening. My 87 year old dad rang Mediquip first thing to get bed removed from their small living room. Mediquip won’t collect until next Friday … 7 days later. No empathy whatsoever that my father has to sit in his living room with bed his wife of 67 years died on. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolute sh*t show.Told reception need 45 mins.travel time.Texted me at 1050, coming 11.15 - 1215.Rushed over. Phoned reception 1225. Told on way.Phoned again 1325 Jessica said will contact driver.Still waiting at 1349 !

Cant give time of visit (which failed to achieve anything)

A commode wheelchair supplied for my wife developed a faulty footplate, as assessed by Care Supervisor and OT. Medequip arranged to visit today between 11.45 and 4.45. The lovely technician said "you are right it's broken you need a new one" (which we and they already knew). She did not have one on her van. A whole day wasted finding out something I knew.

Completely disorganised awful company…

Completely disorganised awful company and does not deserve to be in business I wasted 10 + hours waiting for this company on three separate occasions Each time they failed to turn up and it was left to me to chase it.they didn’t even have the respect for their clients to contact them to inform of a no show Absolute shower of Sh*t and I hope their contract is terminated by the NHS as they do not deserve to be in the business

Contacted twice about removing medical…

Contacted twice about removing medical equipment from a deceased relatives flat. No response at all. Things which may be used by other people lying idly. NRS was reasonable but their replacement is hopeless in this single experience.

Excellent service from Medequip Dorset

Community care team ordered rise recline chair, electric hospital bed and commode on Friday.We received the chair on Friday and the bed and commode today( Sunday).Absolutely excellent service. Professional drivers, who went above and beyond at times. Excellent help on how to use equipment and what to do with any problems.Medequip Dorset, we can’t fault you. Many thanks

POOR SERVICE

Gave me a 4 hour window for an urgent item that was on 1 day delivery and never turned up. I called 25 mins after they were supposed to deliver to be told it never got put on the van! At what point were they aware of this information I wonder. Left me sat in for over 4 hours with no communication. Now delivering tomorrow with another 4 hour window. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

What an absolute joke of a company

What an absolute joke of a company. My wife passed away 1/2/26 so wanted equipment collected ASAP. Was given Wed 4/2/26 as earliest they could collect between 9-5 so waited all day but no collection. Called today (6/2/26) to tell them everything was going in garden if no collection today only to be told earliest they could do was Tue 10/2/26. Asked why no collection on the Wed only to be told driver could not find house. Probably only time anyone has used that excuse! We have no choice in who supplies the equipment but if we did i would not use them.

My delivery was late with rude service

My delivery was late, causing unnecessary inconvenience, and the delivery drivers were unprofessional and rude during the interaction. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a company providing essential medical equipment. Customers should be treated with respect and be able to rely on timely and professional deliveries.
