I have booked a few doctors consultations and been impressed just how easy this is to do.I used to wait two weeks before I could speak to my own doctor. Because i didn’t have to wait i was able to get the advice I needed and collect my prescription from my chemist straight away.
Medicash is overall great, I've had their service for a few years and it's really nice to have a health plan where I don't need to fuss over referrals, pre-auths or figuring out who's in my network.The rules for eligibility are generally straightforward and it feels like they generally want to accept your claims. On the odd occasion they need more information I can just reapply and it goes through.The selection of benefits are great for peace of mind in a bunch of areas and feel well-considered. It feels like they even put a lot of thought into the apps they partner with as freebies. Overall pleasant experience.
Pathetic company looking for any reason to decline your claim. I pay for 5 years and never used it until my accident. My physiotherapy claim was refused because as part of physiotherapy as all physiotherapy has was massage. They don't understand that physiotherapy is complexed and involves all kinds of tasks. Another claim was declined because I spent too much. My wife also spent too much and thy paid towards coats maximum they could but I was refused for exactly the same thing. My complaint is open 4 years already without any closure and they now lying to why they refused me when I have an email from them. I don't struggle but some people will find dealing with them extremely stressful.
