Horrible company. After ordering a large bulk order - no follow up shipping email ever came. 1 week later - I scheduled a phone call (ridiculous customer service system), where the lady couldn't even find my purchase order number, or my email or anything to do with my order (which I have on file being confirmed by them). She informed me that they're apparently in the process of relocating / change of managers so she said "the place is in shambles". DO NOT ORDER from them. After all of this I cancelled this order, and it STILL proceeded to turn up to my doorstep. So now I have to organize a return to sender. DODGY vibes, extremely hard to contact. It is worth going elsewhere for products.
This is a scam company. Avoid buying anything from them. Took my money but no products. They quote 1-3 business days for a paid delivery but no sign of my products two weeks down the line. They don’t have a phone number to contact. There is call back option which books in two weeks time! They just want your money. I will start claiming this back through my bank.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! I’ve been waiting 2 months for my scrubs. You cannot call them, their “schedule a callback” feature is saying they can’t call back for days, email is snail paced to reply. They rarely have stock, everything is on “back order”. If by any chance they do send your order, you don’t receive any notification that it’s ready for collection from the post office, so your order is returned, this happened with my order last year. No tracking number is given, no updates given, zero communication. Be warned!!
A regular customer of Medshop and find their service has been consistently good and better than competitors.The one time there was an order issue I managed to serve resolve via their order management system which is so much better than having to deal with customer support options.
I ordered four Heartstart defib pads nearly three months ago. A week ago, i tried the phone contact number on the web. When i called a recording advises that the number had been disconnected. Not helpful. A week ago, I then sent a complaint email to the email contact link on Medshop website. I still await a reply to that. Today i got an email stating that the product that i was waiting on is now in stock with an invitation to place an order. Still waiting for my delivery after getting a delivery ETA mid December. I will never order from Medshop again. At start of January I cancelled my order via my bank.
