I had an urgent order to put in and used medshop for the first time. I paid for express post as I needed it quickly. Four days later I contacted medshop as tracking with auspost said “waiting to be processed”. I was advised to wait 5 days until lodging a missing parcel.I lodged with auspost and they launched an investigation. I advised medshop and was told there was nothing they could do.I was advised by australia post that it was incorrectly addressed and would be returned to the sender. I contacted medshop and advised them and asked for them to send another one as I needed it. Their response was that they will not send until the product is returned to them. Aus post said this could take up to 5 business days.Medshop has no phone number to contact and I have now asked three times for someone to call me, I get told they will and no call!I am now 11 days after ordering (and paying!) for express post. The parcel didn’t arrive due to their mistake. My correct address was in my profile, my shipping information and I have advised once through the manage order communications and once through email.I have never experienced such bad customer service and complete disregard for a customer from a company before.I will need many more supplies in the future but I will never use this company again.
Chose to purchase here as it was a NZ Site. Turns out it’s not. All products come from Australia & when they don’t fit they expect you to fork out return postage back to Australia, which costs as much as the product I purchased. Poor customer service.
I have ordered from Medshop 3 times now, yes you do eventually get your items but company seems to have progressively gotten worse over years. I followed up an order after 3 weeks of no communication and it was very clear to me it had been forgotten about.. now some items were no longer stocked. Wouldn’t shop here again
If you order from the Medshop New Zealand store your order is placed with Medshop Australia. My order took a full month to arrive. It was close to 3 weeks before the order was dispatched. Pay a few dollars more and get your equipment from a reliable local supplier who has stock and is not taking advantage of a redirected Kiwi web address
We tried to purchase Lab coats and associated PPE from New Zealand. We made the assumption Medshop was an NZ company. Waited over one month and still our products was sitting on awaiting to be stocked. Complained and was told to wait more time. Eventually I cancelled my order and was told refund would be 15 business days. As of yet, have not seen my refund, and I spent $300 plus. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS
I ordered an INR testing machine and other supplies from Medshop Australia on the 23/7/21.On the 2/8/21 ten days later,I called them about my order and they hadn’t picked the order or sent the order,There wasn’t even a pick slip in the warehouse.So I canceled my order.Waited another ten days for my credit.I called them today on the 12/8/21 and was told it’s going to take fifteen days for a credit.PLEASE DO NOT shop with this company or deal with them!!!! Medshop supplied us with bandages to help with our training requirements at the Wye River Surf Lifesaving Club. They responded quickly and efficiently to all my questions and were very helpful in returning some products that we over ordered. Great teamwork, thanks!
Sent the wrong item. Once the item i was returned, the replacement order was cancelled without any communication and reason provided. The refund only covered the item cost, but no postage cost refund. Tried to contact the shop twice, but no response received.
I made a large and expensive (for me) order for items needed for uni. It took about 3 weeks to get the in-stock items sent out. The most pricey item was missing half of the equipment in the kit so I sent a help request through and the next day received a canned response giving me details on how to request a return. With no other explanation or acknowledgment of the mix-up, I obviously queried this and then received a very defensive response from customer service saying that of course I'd have to return the item but that the returns dept would tell me more about what I'd need to do... information that would have saved us both time if it was just included in the first email. Another 24 hours wait after I submitted the returns approval, another canned response giving me details of where to post, along with instructions to print a proof of purchase (which would of course be available on their end, and seriously who has a printer anymore!). But I followed those instructions to the line as I just get the feeling after all this they'd take any excuse to not accept my return! No idea if I'll be reimbursed for the return shipping fee, not to mention how long they will hold onto my $260AUD before the return is processed. In the meantime, I've had to fork out for the equipment again... of course from a different site.... not sure how I'll pay for groceries now!Such a bad experience from a company that either has such poor systems and uninspired people handling customer service or simply don't care about customers.
