All round poor experience.

Ordered a product, they sent something else, tried to get a refund and return label, now the communication has stopped. Hopeless customer service, incorrect item sent, all round bad experience. Would not recomment this company. October 2025. PA

Ordered Stethoscope... paid for express delivery8 days later no further information. Delivery hasn't been shipped. Used live chat service: notified me that the stethoscope was no longer in stock. No way to cancel order on website. I will be requesting my bank to cancel the payment & will report

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The absolute worst company to deal with. I ordered a large quantity of new scrubs. They came and they were too small. I have posted the scrubs back as instructed with no updates, I arranged for a call back, no contact from the company. Their emails do not make sense. I was provided with another invoice to purchase the new scrubs from them and then once they receive the old scrubs they may or may not refund me.

DON'T USE MEDSHOP. SCAM

I ordered some essential items 2 weeks ago now. No update, no communication. The live chat is not connected to real people and the chatbot is infuriating. No contact number, and when I did find a number on google it connected to an old man who was in no way related to medshop. If I don't hear from them in the next 24 hours I will need to escalate to Police and Ombudsman.

Edit: In Medshop's defence, my (previously) 2-star negative review was followed up on immediately and my order was posted with express mail. Nonetheless, it should not have come to this, and communication requires improvement.Previous review: I've been ordering from these guys for years now, never had an issue. However, similar to many others, my latest experience is far from ideal. I placed an order for what was listed as items 'in stock'. Two weeks of no communication later, I follow up with them just to be informed that the syringes from my order are on 'backorder' BUT they can ship the swabs I ordered to go with them separately. Of what use are those without syringes!? I followed up several time since with the same answer - almost there, about to be shipped, we'll let you know the tracking number as soon as it is available.Sadly, I think this was my last order from this mob.

Products are good when they finally get here? Took 2 weeks for a small parcel to arrive. Terrible shipping! Avoid if your in a hurry or need express

Worst dispatch times

I ordered a simple, standard item — a box of 100 23g hypodermic needles — on Saturday, March 22nd, expecting it to be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, it took 5 full business days (or 40 business hours) for my order to even leave their warehouse — finally getting dispatched on Friday, March 28th. By that point, the week was already over, and the delivery is now expected next Monday or Tuesday, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering when I needed it urgently this week.I tried reaching out to support multiple times, but had to go through 3–5 frustrating attempts because the service reps I got connected to were either AFK or just unresponsive. When I finally got someone, I clearly explained the urgency of the order on Tuesday 25/03 — but nothing was done to expedite it.This experience has been nothing short of awful. Their dispatch times are painfully slow, their customer support is unreliable, and their sense of urgency is non-existent. I would not recommend Medshop to anyone who needs medical items delivered in a timely fashion. If time matters to you, look elsewhere.

poor customer service and return policy

bought a dermatoscope from them and was asked if I wanted a silicone cover. bought the cover but was sent an incorrect one. it doesnt fit at all. I contacted them to return it but it took me few days to get their approval. on top of it, I had to pay for the returns (for something that is not my mistake) and they said It might not be approved anyway. waste of time. especially for us who are working full time.
