Disorganised and ineffective company. I rung them prior to ordering an item to ensure it would arrive by a certain date. They assured me of this. They then proceeded to put the wrong address on the parcel, and the parcel has not arrived. I understand mistakes happen, and would have been happy to work through this with them; however, I have attempted numerous times to email and call the company (over 2 days)- and they have provided no reply. As they have not answered the email or calls I've made, I am left in the dark about where my item is, and the $170 I spent. I would not recommend this company.
El Crapola in service and everything else. Don’t ever shop here if you want things you pay for. There automation text message is terrible , The $20 delivery is a donation in the “ yeah maybe I’ll send it when we get our act together “fund.- and there terrible phones sound like Charlie Browns teacher, “ wonk wonk blah bi blah”So I’ll be buying elsewhere!!!!
I purchased a couple of anatomy posters and ensured I selected the non-laminated option so that they would fit in poster frames I have in my clinic (I already have some posters of the same size and I wanted these to match). When I received my order they came laminated which do not fit in the frames so I contacted Medshop to inform them that I had been sent the wrong items. The response was that they would inform their warehouse so they would be more careful in the future, they then marked this issue as resolved. I responded again stating that these posters were not going to fit in the frames I needed them to be in and that informing the warehouse was great for the future however this did not solve my issue. They again responded and said there is nothing they can do to help my situation and that I got the more expensive laminated option without paying for it and I should be happy about that. They said I need to just cut the edges of the lamination to make them fit the frames. To me this is not a good enough solution to sending me the wrong items, yes I will make them work as there is no other option but as a business owner if I had made this mistake I would ensure I rectify the problem and make sure the customer had the correct item or offer some sort of refund if they were to keep the item.
In good faith, I bought an item (medical bag) which was received damaged and had dirt inside. On same day or arrival, photos were taken and sent to the company, they were very reluctant to process the refund properly or send a replacement.Unlike ALL medical stock suppliers, they refused to collect the item and insisted to leave to me the burden of sending it back. Took a couple of emails before the refund got processed. The refund was only partial, just the product price, the freight was withheld on the excuse of the item was found in "good condition" despite almost 10 photos to support my claim. Also the other excuse was the "terms and conditions" ignoring the fact that whatever the terms and conditions says, the laws of trade does not allow selling damaged goods as new. The company claimed they resold it to another client, another breach of the trade. Not to be trusted anymore, after almost a 10 yr, they lost a customer and I am sure they will continue to lose more with this attitude.
